Barnes runs for 24, Van Brocklin is intercepted by Whittenton at the GB 30 and returned 56 to the Phil 14. On 3rd & 4 at the 8, Taylor runs outside for a TD, GB up 14-7. Eagles have found a running game but stall at the 48, Van Brocklin punts into the end-zone TB. Packers driving at the Phil 34.

2nd - Starr passes 19 to Knafelc to the 16. Taylor stopped for no gain twice, Starr passes incomplete, Hornung kicks the FG, GB 17-7. Eagles go 3 & out, VB punts to the 18. Taylor dropped for losses twice, McGee punts to the Phil 40. Eagles stopped at the GB 41, VB punts into the EZ. Starr completes a 3 & 7 to McGee for 7. Taylor picks up 12 to the 42. They get no further McGee punts into the EZ. Barnes runs for 22. VB converts a 3rd & 7 to Walston for 14 to the GB 41. Two-minute warning. VB completes a 3rd & 15 pass to Dean for 18 to the 28. 3rd - Packers go 3 & out, Dean returns McGee's punt to the Phil 44. VB completes a 3rd down pass to Walston for 11 FD at the GB 42. VB another 3rd down conversion 8 to Dean to the 28. VB sacked by Quinlan back to the 37. VB to Walston for 26, FD at the 11. Barnes 5-yd loss, holding penalty, back to the 31. VB complete to Dean for 9, VB scrambles for 14 to the 8, fumbles, Tunnell has it for GB. Packers punt from the 15, Eagle ball at their 43. Holding on Phi, then a 25-yd pass interference against GB, FD at the GB 47. VB converts another 3rd down, 10 yards to McDonald to the 36. VB goes deep on FD to McDonald TD, Phi leads 21-17. 4th - Dean breaks for a 20-yd run to the 46. Packers flagged for 15 to the GB 39. Barnes thrown for an 8-yd loss. With a 4th & 8 at the 37 Walston tried the long FGA, it hit the cross-bar and bounced back no good, 10:32. Packers go 3 & out, punt to Brown returned 10 to the Phil 44. VB throws his first incompletions of the second half. VB punts off the side of his foot 26 yards, Carpenter runs it back 8 to the GB 38, 7:54. Taylor runs for 12 to mid-field.
